Source : Yahoo AnswersQuestion : I’m hosteing a bachelorett party and I’m not sure where to start?

do you have any fun ideas for games, or places for my party?

Answer by Deanri
Start with talking to the bride and seeing what she wants. Make sure that you are planning anything way to wild or too tame for her. Se what her general vision is, then work from there.

If you live by a Party City, a party store chain, you can check out their bachelorette stuff — there’s lots.

one of my friend’s bachelorette party is just at her house, more comfortable or a friend’s house if you’re not leavign alone, etc… as for the activities, we don’t go the whole stripper route or anything, instead, she hire this lady who give lessons on blow jobs and all the girls at the party get a fake penis and have to participate, then at the end of the night, everybody just sort of pig out, giving each other facials, watching chick flicks, going back to the slumber parties days…

start with talking to the bride.
then talk to the bridemaids.
two main important details.
strippers and lots of alcohol. =]

The last bachelorette party I went to was great. One game we played everyone gets play doh & has to sculpt a penis, you have 30 seconds, bride picks winner w/out knowing who made them. We also chose a partner & were blindfolded, one person holds empty papertowel roll b/t legs the other a candlistick, the team that could “join” the quickest won. This got lots of laughs.

I have thrown two bachelorette parties. I googled bachelorette parties and the listing was endless. There were checklist, diy games, they were both priceless. Check it out, I’m sure you will be quite pleased….but beware, there were a couple of sites that you wouldn’t want mother to see. LOL

we had mine at a place called Bath Junkie. We got to mix our own scents and make our own lotions and bath salts!

first decide how many people will be invited, then see what venues will work best for your group, maybe your house isn’t big enough? check into renting a party room at someones apartment complex maybe, or a local park pavilion room. have it at someones house to save money- either yours or another bridesmaids. last one we had was at the bride and grooms house so everyone met up there, had food and drinks then parted ways on buses to go bar hopping. if renting a limo or party bus call around for the best deals- we found a party bus (not the yellow ones) for $ 60/hr which was the cheapest I could find. typically you go to a fun bar to get a little buzzed then go to the strip club for some naughtier fun!
if staying home you could have one of those naughty parties where the lady comes to your house to sell stuff, those are pretty fun! or hire a dance instructor to come to the house to give pole/strip dancing lessons, or a belly dancer, maybe a tarot card reader, palm reader or fortune teller.
make penis shaped pasta salad, get a penis cake, little weenies and meatballs, and regular party food too.
there are quite a few games to play, just search the web and you’ll find tons of ideas
one game we played was “Pass the Penis” whenever someone said the name of their significant other they had to wear this huge penis necklace till the next person got caught (you can use a necklace, blow up penis, flashing hat- whatever) it was pretty fun!
Last one we had for my friend also, she didn’t want any tacky bachlorette stuff, she didn’t want to wear any bridal stuff like shirts or veil- so on the invites we asked all the guests to wear black shirts and jean bottoms so we still stood out as a group- then I gave them all glow-in-the-dark necklaces and bracelets to wear out (which came in very handy when out at the bar looking for your friends in the crowd!)

1. make invite list
2. decide on where party will be
3. decide on activities-enteratinment, bus, bars….budget it all and see whats nessesary or not
4. send out invites with all necessary info- activites, $ needed to pay for bus or entertainment
5. divide duties to bridesmaids- food, decoartions, drinks, etc
6. PARTY!!!!

DEPENDS WHATS GOING ON. PASSION PARTIES ARE ALWAYS GREAT. GOOD TOYS AND EVEN THE BRIDE CAN GET SOME STUFF!! OF YOU CAN FIND A LADY THAT SHOWS Y OU HOW TO DANCE! I THREW ONE THANKSGIVING WEEKEND. WE WENT TO THE THE STRIP BAR ADN TO THE CLUB. BUT WE STARTED OUT AT MY HOUSE WITH SOME DRINKS. THEN WE ALL LEFT. IN HOUSE STIPPERS ARE OK. BUT MOST ARE PRICEY AND DONT DANCE FOR ALONG TIME! THERE ARE PLENTY OF THINGS TO DO! YOU CAN ALSO MAYBE PICK A THEME. IT ALL DEPENDS. LOTS OG GOOD IDEAS. MAYBE EVEN CHECK WITH THE BRIDES MAIDS SEE WHAT THEY WANT!! GOOD LUCK

I’ve been to 2 bachelorette parties….very different from each other.

The first one started off at the brides home, a bit too early in the day in my opinion….people were running out of steam by 8 pm after drinking all day, and then we went out to a club that has tables for bachelorette parties.

The other one was at the brides home. They had a sex toy party and a tarot card reader come….that one was pretty fun.

Answer by Bird
Of course, talk with the bride to see what she has in mind: night out on the town or something low-key?

For one, we took a strip tease dance class. A private instructor was hired and we used a classroom at a local gym.

For one, we held a low-key event with pin the meat on the man and penis shaped cookies and cocktails.

Source : Yahoo AnswersQuestion : tarot card readers…i have a question…?

what does it mean when you asked a tarot card reader what a certain guy thinks about you and she pulls out the Judgment (reversed) card?

she said this:He was actually unsure what to really make of you. in a way he was fascinated by you- but there are things about you at the same time that appeared to have bothered him some.

could that make sense with this card? because i did some research on that card, and what i read didn’t really fit…does anyone know?

Answer by KC
Yes, that does make sense, actually. A reversed card means that it’s like either the opposite of the ideal of the icon on the card or else a chaotic version of it. That he is unsure what to make of you means his judgment (opinion, thoughts) regarding you is clouded, which fits quite well.

Answer by Mel
You can’t REALLY answer ‘what does he think of me’ with tarot cards. They represent the past, present, proression, and future. Or a variation of these.

Although I am not that experienced – and I assume people do it differently

Answer by Amy
tarot cards are crap

Answer by Tina
Judgment in reverse can mean many things, indecision, worry, disappointment or procrastination. She probably wasn’t wrong on what the cards were saying, every person reads differently. There are different techniques and she may not use the actual meaning in her readings.

If it was read by itself then yes sounds just about right.

The cards around it (if any) will help clarify what he is thinking about. You have to remember that many times the cards tell us the obvious, but why do we still use them? Because we need to hear it outloud. Many times we know this to be true within ourselves and hearing it being said helps us build confidence to continue on the current path.

Card reading isn’t like reading a book, remember that intuition is used and the reader also reads in the energy that it vibrates to.

Blessings,

It means that you are very gullible to believe in Tarot cards. It is very easy to prove that they have no value – just go to a new age fruitcake fair with all the Tarot card readers and ask each one the same half dozen questions. Thy will all have different answers, something that could not happen if there was any truth in it.

Answer by KdS
I would’t read such complexity into it as that, in that situation (unless there were other cards you aren’t mentioning): I’d read it as “negative judgment” id est, he had decided against you for now.

Intuitive Tarot Reading for October 14, 2013

Written by ClairvoyantConni

Since the age of 2 I have had encounters and a personal relationship with loved ones crossed. In my opinion there are no better friends you can have. They are honest, without the capacity to hold ego or materialistic views and always give you accurate information to help you through whatever you are going through. They have the ability to see the past, present and future without judgement. Their accuracy is uncanny.

Having the gift of sight, hearing, sensing, smelling and tasting as well as empathy and the gift of communicating with spirit, gives me the ability to accurately read you without judgement.

Spirit has entrusted me with these gifts to help you in all areas of your life. It has been an exciting journey. This gift is generational and my grandmother and father both had the gift as well as my children.

I have assisted over 15,598 people online in the last 9 years alone. I have thousands of other clients as well. This is what I dedicate my life to as I know it is my life calling.
